Mental Health Coaching
Mental health coaching for individuals and couples
What is coaching?
Coaching is typically present and future-oriented, focusing on personal growth and development.
Coaching uses goal setting for specific outcomes; while counseling tends to focus on healing and treating mental health diagnoses, emotional wounds, and trauma for couples and individuals.
Coaching can help couples:
Set goals and create practical steps to achieve them
Develop healthier communication patterns
Enhance emotional intelligence and resilience in life
Foster deeper intimacy and connection in your relationships
Reduce stress + anxiety with simple strategies
Build confidence + establish lasting, meaningful changes
Learn your strengths and utilize them in times of stress
Who benefits from Coaching?
Coaching is particularly beneficial if you:
Feel ready for positive changes, but unsure where to start
Want personalized strategies that align with your faith and values
Need practical tools to improve your relationships and personal well-being
Prefer a proactive, future-focused approach over traditional therapy, which includes looking at the past, origins, and mental health diagnoses.
Are navigating life changes and seeking guided support from a neutral party.

Yes! Because coaching is a non-clinical service (meaning we are not diagnosing or treating medical conditions), we can work with individuals and couples anywhere in the world via secure online video sessions.

Because coaching is not a medical or clinical treatment, it cannot be billed to health insurance or provided out-of-network. It is a private-pay investment in your personal growth, accountability, and relationship health. You may be able to pay for it with HSA/FSA accounts but will need to confirm with your provider.
